I started a Save the Earth Club in third grade. I've also made every mistake you can make trying to break into this industry: a four-year environmental degree, an MBA in sustainable business, and I still couldn't tell you what a kilowatt hour was.
It took two years of volunteering, trade school, and earning my own certifications before I got my foot in the door. Since then I've led elite teams across multiple states building residential, commercial, and industrial energy projects and trained over 150 energy professionals along the way.
